The repo depends on a submodule which doesn't exist anymore (#1)

It has a PixivUtil2 folder and .gitmodules says it has to pull from https://github.com/OpenYiff/PixivUtil2 which is 404 rn.

This issue can be closed.

No it can't be closed, since .gitmodules file still refers to a nonexistent repo.
